Job Purpose
The Order Tracking Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast . This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW-level service through ICE. **This role requires working onsite at the St.Paul, MN office**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from initial placement through final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding products, timelines, order status, and expectations.
- Drive orders through the approval and production process efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform detailed quality reviews on high-value orders ($750+) to ensure accuracy and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding Crystal D's ICE standards and commitment to service excellence.
- Respond to customer calls promptly and accurately, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
