In this role, you'll work closely with our Production Team Leader to support daily operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.About the RoleAs a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting production activities across the site, helping to ensure customer orders are manufactured and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and equipment reliability.Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm (Day Shift) What You'll be Doing:Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture.Assist with production schedules, machine setup, and changeovers.Support efficient manufacturing operations and minimise downtime.Help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.Provide support during overtime or operational peak periods when required.Conduct routine quality checks throughout production.Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.Report equipment faults and support maintenance activities.Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.Maintain high housekeeping standards across the facility.
