Product Support Sales Representative

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word and have experience navigating CRM systems.

Must be self-motivated and proactive in keeping abreast of cutting-edge technology and best practices pertaining to the Company’s products and services; enhancing expertise, performance, and bottom-line productivity.

Proficient communication skills in dealing with customers and O.E.M.s.

Ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements and customer expectations.

Ability to drive company vehicles for extended periods of time.

This position is classified as an Individual Contributor role in SMS Equipment’s competency framework, requiring demonstration of core competencies (customer focus, collaboration, and technical/functional expertise).
