Main Responsibilities
- Integrate and align sales plans for assigned customers and Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads & prospects within assigned sales accounts. Present digital healthcare solutions using compelling business cases focused on ROI, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers within assigned sales accounts. Build strong and trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Medical Directors, Digital Transformation leaders).
- Meet or exceed sales goals & budget as assigned by Sales Management. Close and grow sales through professional communication and interaction with current and potential customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted digital campaigns specific to healthcare challenges.
- Manage customer requirements through meeting with them to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Support customers with technical advice.
- Create and maintain account plans for assigned customers highlighting profile, market share, competition, and value opportunities. Identify, investigate, track and resolve customer concerns or complaints, identify trends, implement solutions, and recommend a course of action on how to mitigate these in the future.
- Provide weekly activity plan and weekly activity report to the management. Meet all required deadlines. Spend a minimum of 4½ days in the field per week.
- Display a consistent and positive attitude. Maintain corporate image at all times. Demonstrate a positive attitude towards team work. Take responsibility for personal and professional development.
- Attend and participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events, Manage expenses as per corporate policy, Communicate market requirements and market data with marketing and sales teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or any related majors.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in healthcare promotion.
- A proven track record of achievement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong capabilities in business expansion and account management.
- Experience in the Western and Southern regions is preferred.

- Arabic and English professional proficiency.
