Requirements Definition

• Work closely with developers and designers to bring ideas to life

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with development, design, analytics, and operations teams

Product Analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership
• Proven ability to transform user feedback into technical requirements
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other product development methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit, charity, or social impact sectors
• Understanding of donor management systems or CRM tools
• Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or equivalent)
• Background in usability testing and user research
• Comfort with product analytics platforms and data visualization tools
