Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer-facing mobile money applications, merchant interfaces, and back-office tools.
Implement product vision and roadmaps addressing current business needs and future growth.
Liaise with and support technical teams on platform performance, upgrades, and modifications.
Champion customer experience and ensure differentiation in the delivered customer journey.
Identify industry trends and best practices to improve the current user experience.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
At least five years of B2B or B2C product delivery experience is required.
Experience setting and executing product vision is required.
Experience delivering products in mobile financial services or banking is advantageous.
Outstanding communication skills are essential, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A strong track record of creating and delivering product strategies is required.
The role requires relationship-building and stakeholder management across varied business areas.
Experience with budget ownership, supplier management, and vendor management is required.
