Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals including nurses and pharmacists
- Utilize customer relationship management approach to gather insights on customer needs
- Tailor value proposition of products to healthcare providers to develop LEO Advocates
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs and environmental challenges
- Develop Territory Business Plan and request resources for optimal sales impact
- Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists
- Organize conferences for medical staff and maintain positive relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the UAE market is a must
- Immunology/Biologics experience preferred

Role Description
- Deliver expected sales performance in territories through strong value proposition for LEO brands
- Part of Sales Department in UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Utilize CRM approach to gather customer insights
- Demonstrate holistic approach in engaging with customers
- Tailor value proposition to healthcare providers
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs
- Collaborate with Market Access team and MSL
- Work collaboratively with field team
- Regularly review and update customer plan
- Identify critical business opportunities and threats
- Aim to exceed agreed sales expectations
- Monitor territory sales performance and take corrective actions
- Introduce newly launched and key products to clients
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the UAE market is a must
- Immunology/Biologics experience is preferred
- Good understanding of private and tender market challenges
