Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and pharmacists, within relevant hospital/specialist centers
- Utilize a customer relationship management approach to gather insights on customer needs and expectations
- Tailor the value proposition of products to healthcare providers to develop and maintain LEO Advocates
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs and environmental challenges
- Collaborate with Market Access team and MSL to develop action plans for key customers
- Work collaboratively with the field team to address customer needs
- Regularly review and update the customer plan based on sales report analysis and field intelligence
- Identify critical business opportunities and threats and provide input to other functions within LEO
- Aim to exceed agreed sales expectations and implement territory sales plan
- Monitor territory sales performance and take corrective actions if needed
- Introduce newly launched and key products to clients
- Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies, and relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the UAE market is a must
- Immunology/Biologics experience is preferred
- Good understanding of private and tender market challenges and opportunities

Your Role
- Develops strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and pharmacists, within relevant hospital/specialist centers.
- Utilizes a customer relationship management approach to gather insights on customer needs and expectations.
- Demonstrates a holistic approach in engaging with customers, providing clinical knowledge and anticipating environmental changes.
- Tailors the value proposition of products to healthcare providers to develop and maintain LEO Advocates.
- Gathers market intelligence on customer needs and environmental challenges.
- Collaborates with the Market Access team and MSL to develop action plans for key customers.
- Works collaboratively with the field team to address customer needs.

Your Qualifications
