Product Specialist

Support coordination across customer programs and internal teams for new product development

Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions

Maintain action logs, status updates, and program records

Coordinate sample requests, part number setup, and sample tracking

Serve as a liaison among Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers

Support customer inquiries by coordinating technical and commercial information internally

Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to support issue resolution and product readiness

Support new product introduction (NPI), sample builds, and schedule follow-up

Assist with product collateral and trade show support as needed

Prepare presentations, reports, and internal summaries

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in product support, sales engineering, program coordination, or a related role; interconnect or HSIO experience preferred

This role offers development toward Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Program Management with increased responsibility over time.
