Role Overview
The role of the of Product and Process Implementation Engineer - Process is to support the implementation of new raw material, new process and new product and capable to balance from raw material reception to cooling process.
This role shares R&D specifications needed for manufacturing of product on existing manufacturing standard and for new technology to achieve process specifications conformance and finished product specifications conformance.
This role is based in Guelph with regular in-office collaboration expected.
Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including remote work.
What are we looking for?
• Post Secondary education in Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food), related technology program or equivalent
• 5+ years relevant experiences in food technology development, process & product scale-up and/or implementation
• Demonstrated industry experience as R&D engineer or Quality & Food Safety Engineer
• Demonstrated Factory experience
