Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role
- Proficiency in web and mobile design principles, including UX and UI design
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Position Summary
- Reporting to the Director, Innovation & IT Services, the Product Owner will focus on enhancing user experience for digital platforms including mobile app and billing platform.
- The successful candidate will advocate for customer experience to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Director to define and communicate product vision and strategy for mobile app and MyUFA platform.
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Advocate for customer experience to improve digital platforms.
- Define and communicate user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Drive product delivery aligned to solution, working with project managers and team members.
- Work with Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product improvements.
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure quality standards before release.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform future development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in mobile app or digital platform domain.
- Proficiency in web and mobile design principles, including UX and UI design.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
