The Product Owner is responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, aligning business and technical teams, and delivering measurable business value.
The role works across the product lifecycle with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, designers, business analysts, and project managers.

Product ownership responsibilities
- Define product vision, objectives, priorities, and desired business outcomes.
- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on value, customer needs, dependencies, urgency, and technical feasibility.
- Gather and translate business and user needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and specifications.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and other Agile ceremonies where required.
- Maintain product roadmaps, release plans, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Review completed features and validate delivered solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, defect resolution, releases, migrations, integrations, and production implementation.
