Responsibilities
- Oversee Venn's website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and retention
- Own and operate all social media channels, including LinkedIn, curating content and case studies for both the Venn brand and our founders
- Define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with different ICPs
- Create and execute a strategy for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions and engagement
- Work closely with sales and product to ensure seamless onboarding and communication throughout the lifecycle
- Manage and iterate on our website to enhance messaging, drive conversions, and communicate product value effectively
- Lead go to market strategies and execution for new product launches
- Continuously test messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies to refine Venn's market presence
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of full time (non internship) experience
- Minimum 2+ years at a tier 1 consulting firm, investment bank, or major technology company
- At least 1 year of experience at a startup, as a founder, or as a creator/influencer
- Strong understanding of product positioning, content distribution, engagement metrics, and audience growth
- Experience optimizing website content, SEO, and conversion rates
- Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate based on insights
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams
- Ability to manage projects end to end, working with internal teams and contractors
- Self starter and able to own and execute strategies end to end

What we’re looking for
