Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of exceptional products and user experiences by blending business insight, creative product thinking, and technical know how
- Play a key role in shaping the roadmap and future of the product, providing strong direction across product and design decisions
- Empower thousands of companies on Venn to better manage their finances by expanding and enhancing core product capabilities
- Use data, experimentation, and real customer feedback to continuously refine and evolve the product
- Work closely with engineering, design, and go to market teams to ensure high quality delivery
- Shape the overall vision, strategy, and operational processes that will scale product management as Venn grows
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, successfully taking technical products from concept to launch
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of using data and experimentation to drive decisions
- Experience navigating complex trade offs and prioritizing effectively in fast moving environments
- Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and large cross functional teams
- Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and speaking
