Write and deliver product release communications for existing customers (email, in-app, changelog)
Develop and maintain comprehensive customer training programs for autonomy system installation, Mission Control (web and mobile), and best practices for sod and row-crop field operations.

Travel to customer and dealer locations to deliver hands-on, one-on-one product installation, onboarding, and operational training.
Plan and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for customers, dealers, and internal teams covering product operation, best practices, new features, and the value of Sabanto's autonomy solutions.
