- Own the product strategy and roadmap for payments, digital enablement, and embedded finance initiatives
- Lead development of next generation payment capabilities including cross border payments and multi currency solutions
- Drive design and delivery of API products and Banking as a Service capabilities for enterprise clients and fintechs
- Define product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities with engineering teams
- Identify new embedded finance opportunities across institutional banking, treasury, and financial infrastructure
- Design seamless digital onboarding experience balancing customer experience with regulatory compliance
- Champion adoption of AI enabled capabilities across onboarding, compliance, fraud prevention, and operations
- Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Commercial teams
- Develop business cases, measure product performance, and optimize products using customer feedback and data
- Manage third party technology partners and ensure successful product delivery
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager in payments, embedded finance, or banking APIs
- Strong understanding of regulatory and security standards in financial services
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities
- Experience working with engineering, operations, compliance, and risk teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for payments, digital enablement and embedded finance initiatives.
