- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi year roadmap for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions
- Drive innovation across payments, collections, liquidity, account services, APIs, e wallet propositions, virtual accounts, and ecosystem led digital initiatives
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through design, build, launch, adoption tracking, and ongoing optimisation
- Lead development of next generation transaction banking capabilities including API based services, wallet linked solutions, and platform based propositions
- Collaborate with technology, operations, implementation, compliance, legal, sales, service, and marketing to bring products to market
- Monitor competitor offerings, fintech developments, regulatory changes, and client behaviour to keep portfolio relevant
- Define and track KPIs covering revenue, utilisation, client acquisition, retention, profitability, and operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in product management, transaction banking, treasury, or financial technology
- Deep understanding of cash management capabilities including payments, collections, liquidity management, account services, host to host connectivity, and reporting solutions
- Exposure to digital products such as APIs, e wallets, virtual accounts, embedded banking, or platform based transaction banking propositions
- Familiarity with local and international banking regulations, KYC standards, and internal risk frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and strategic problem solving skills

The Role
- A global fintech company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its Transaction Banking Product team within the Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group.
- This is an end to end ownership role spanning core cash management products and next generation digital transaction banking propositions.
- Serves a broad client base including government entities, financial institutions, non bank financial institutions, large corporates, and global banking partners across domestic and MENA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi year roadmap for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions.
- Drive innovation across payments, collections, liquidity, account services, APIs, e wallet propositions, virtual accounts, and ecosystem led digital initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, client needs, and emerging trends to shape competitive and future ready product offerings.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through design, build, launch, adoption tracking, and ongoing optimisation.
- Prioritise initiatives based on business value, regulatory requirements, client demand, and execution feasibility.
- Ensure products are commercially viable, operationally scalable, and aligned to strategic goals.
- Lead development of next generation transaction banking capabilities including API based services, wallet linked solutions, digital integration models, and platform based propositions.
- Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions with strong client experience and robust controls.
- Drive product evolution in line with market digitisation and client ecosystem connectivity.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, implementation, compliance, legal, sales, service, and marketing to bring products successfully to market.
- Act as business owner and primary point of accountability for product execution and performance.
- Support frontline teams with product value propositions, commercialisation materials, and client engagement strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
