About the Role

- Design and launch new challenge types beyond Stellar, Express, Evaluation
- Run competitive analysis on prop firm challenge structures and risk parameters
- Lead the CFDs Trading Rules & Risk squad, writing specs for backend algorithmic work
- Define how trading rules are visualized on the trader facing dashboard
- Design and own the end to end rule violation communication process
- Build internal admin tools requirements for operations and risk team
- Partner with engineering to build rule simulation and backtesting tools
- Collaborate with Trading and Risk Management on abuse detection and management
- Define and track squad OKRs including GP margin per challenge type, pass/fail ratios, and rule change impact accuracy
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to financial products, risk management, or trading systems
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to build and interpret financial models and simulations
- Experience with business rule engines, configuration driven product logic, or algorithmic decision systems
- Deep understanding of prop trading, CFD trading mechanics, drawdown calculations, and margin management
- Experience designing data visualizations for complex states
- Strong process design skills for end to end communication workflows
- Experience working with risk management, fraud, or compliance teams
- Understanding of abusive trading patterns in prop trading or financial markets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience

Your Role in Our Mission
- As Product Manager — Trading Platform, Rules & Risk, you lead the squad responsible for the rule engine governing every CFD challenge.
- You will design new challenge types, define rule surfacing to traders, build simulation and backtesting infrastructure, and partner with Trading and Risk Management to close abuse vectors.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Design and launch new challenge types targeting new trader segments and creating incremental revenue streams.
- Run competitive analysis on prop firm challenge structures and risk parameters to ensure differentiated and innovative rule design.
- Lead the CFDs Trading Rules & Risk squad, writing specs for heavy backend algorithmic work including rule engine, simulation tools, and backtesting infrastructure.
- Define how trading rules are visualized on the trader facing dashboard, working with Trader Success squad for clear display of rule statuses, drawdown levels, violation warnings, and account health.
- Design and own the end to end rule violation communication process, defining triggers, messaging, channels, and dispute escalation.
- Build internal admin tools requirements for operations and risk team to configure, monitor, simulate, and audit rules.
- Partner with engineering to build rule simulation and backtesting tools for what if analysis against historical trade data.
- Collaborate with Trading and Risk Management on abuse detection, translating abusive trading patterns into product level rule adjustments and enforcement workflows.
- Define and track squad OKRs: GP margin per challenge type, pass/fail ratios, rule change impact modeling accuracy, false positive violation rate, and trader dispute volume.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to financial products, risk management, or trading systems.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to build and interpret financial models, pass/fail simulations, and rule change impact analyses.
- Experience with business rule engines, configuration driven product logic, or algorithmic decision systems.
- Deep understanding of prop trading, CFD trading mechanics, drawdown calculations, and margin management.
- Experience designing data visualizations for complex states, defining how rule statuses, account health, and violation warnings are presented.
- Strong process design skills for end to end communication workflows including trigger conditions, notification channels, messaging templates, and dispute escalation paths.
- Experience working with risk management, fraud, or compliance teams, translating business risk findings into systematic product level adjustments.
- Understanding of abusive trading patterns in prop trading or financial markets and how to build product level defenses.
- Comfort with high stakes decision making where errors carry direct, significant financial consequences.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering teams working on heavy algorithmic and business logic systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
