Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards — supporting data-driven decision-making and clear, transparent communication with stakeholders and clients
Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams — ensuring smooth, well-documented execution across the product lifecycle from planning through release
Continuously identify and eliminate inefficiencies in process and handoffs — ensuring scalable workflows that support long-term client satisfaction and delivery quality
5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments (FinTech or EdTech preferred)
Proven experience working directly within scrum/agile teams — comfortable in ceremonies, backlog ownership, and day-to-day collaboration with developers and QA
Experience partnering with overseas or distributed engineering teams, navigating time zones, cultural nuance, and asynchronous communication effectively
Strong client-satisfaction mindset with an understanding of how product and process decisions impact client experience, adoption, and trust
Process-oriented thinker with a track record of designing and documenting scalable, repeatable workflows
Experience working closely with Customer Success and Support teams to close the loop between client feedback and delivery
Systems thinker with the ability to break down complex workflows and design scalable, effective solutions
Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities or strong interest in applying AI to real-world product challenges
