The Product team drives product innovation, customer value, and delivery excellence across KEV’s platform.
The Product Manager will define, build, and deliver capabilities across Payments, SchoolCash Accounting, or Fundraising.
The role works closely with scrum teams and distributed development teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
How you’ll contribute
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Own product operations frameworks such as sprint cadences, planning rituals, and execution tracking.
- Design scalable processes that improve efficiency and velocity across distributed and overseas teams.
- Use AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual coordination.
- Optimize the product and engineering tooling ecosystem.
- Build resource planning and capacity models for leadership decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Support execution across the product lifecycle from planning through release.
- Eliminate inefficient processes and handoffs to improve delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Who you are
- Five or more years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience working within scrum or Agile teams, including ceremonies and backlog ownership.
- Experience coordinating with overseas or distributed engineering teams.
- A strong client-satisfaction mindset focused on experience, adoption, and trust.
- A track record of designing and documenting scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success and Support teams.
- Ability to design scalable solutions for complex workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities or strong interest in applying AI to product challenges.
Workplace
- Hybrid work model with three days in the office and flexibility for the remainder of the week.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is $120,000 to $150,000.
- Final offers may vary based on skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
