About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and own long term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flights team
- Act as daily driver of the Product Operating Model
- Lead prioritization, sequencing, and refinement of product backlog
- Partner with design, research, marketing, and engineering teams
- Leverage big data, analytics, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation
Requirements
- 5 10 years of product management experience
- Experience in ecommerce or travel related domain preferred
- Proven experience with Product Operating Model and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating AI into workflows
