As a Product Manager for Flights at Priceline, you will be a strategic leader within our Product Operating Model (POM), driving the vision and execution for one of our most critical travel verticals.
You will lead an Agile team tasked with building industry leading user experiences that deliver the best deals to our customers.

Drive Product Strategy & Discovery: Define and own the long term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Flights team.
Execute within the POM: Act as a 'daily driver' of the Product Operating Model, balancing new features with technical debt remediation.
Own the Backlog: Lead prioritization, sequencing, and refinement of the product backlog.
Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Champion Data Driven Decisions: Leverage big data, real time analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to modernize legacy search and booking processes.

Strategic Product Leader: 5 10 years of product management experience, preferably within ecommerce or travel related domain.
POM Practitioner: Proven experience operating effectively within a Product Operating Model.
Customer Focused: Advocate for the customer; understand how to design features for different customer segments.
Analytical Mindset: Highly skilled at using data to drive prioritization and define success metrics.
AI Champion: Comfortable integrating AI into both your personal workflows and your product solutions.
Exceptional Communicator: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
