The Product Manager I learns Businessolver’s product domains, seasonal operating constraints, and product management mechanisms while building strong execution fundamentals.
Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up.
Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes.
Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing.
Use customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation feedback, and operational data to refine priorities.
Prepare launch readiness plans, including support needs, internal communications, training, and risk tracking.
Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch and drive follow-up improvements.
Maintain roadmap and backlog hygiene for assigned work and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.

Build working knowledge of Businessolver’s benefits administration domain, client delivery model, and compliance constraints.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in product management or an adjacent role such as business analysis, operations, implementation, UX, engineering, client services, or product ownership, or demonstrated readiness to own defined product features with guidance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product artifacts.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and follow through on commitments.
Comfort using customer feedback, metrics, and operational inputs to make local trade-offs.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows.
Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research, analysis, synthesis, drafting, prioritization, and product artifact development while following Businessolver data handling and governance expectations.
