The Product Manager will help lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our platform.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare workflows, product experience, and emerging AI capabilities.

You'll partner closely with design, engineering, clinical/operations stakeholders, and customers to define product direction, validate concepts and features that solve real problems for our users.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PM who is comfortable navigating the nuances of healthcare and revenue cycle workflows, has a good eye for product experience, and is excited to build AI-native product capabilities — including ("0 to 1") initiatives.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; balance business impact, technical feasibility, and user experience quality
• Partner with design and research to ensure the product experience is usable and intuitive, providing feedback on flows and UI as part of the broader product process
• Lead discovery efforts with healthcare providers, billing/RCM teams, and other stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• Identify and scope opportunities to apply AI/ML capabilities (e.g., automation, intelligent recommendations, predictive workflows) that solve meaningful user or business problems
