We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical technology solutions supporting care management, provider integrations, and regulatory workflows.
This role will drive end-to-end engineering delivery, partner closely with clinical stakeholders, and ensure development of scalable, compliant, and high-quality healthcare applications aligned to business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical applications from design to production Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers

Required Qualifications
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of overall experience in software engineering
3+ years of people management experience
Experience leading large-scale enterprise applications
Solid understanding of: System design and distributed systems Performance optimization and scalability
