- Define the in product workflows Xe runs inside Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, and Xero
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the squad
- Discover and validate: talk to SMEs and partners, analyze data, prioritize based on customer impact
- Lead execution across engineering, design, compliance, and partner teams
- Ship the roadmap and track outcomes against metrics
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of product management in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Track record owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex domain
- Experience with ERP integrations or the accounting domain (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, or Xero)
- Strong customer and partner discovery skills
- Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running experiments, analyzing outcomes
- Strong technical fluency: APIs, data flows, and system architecture basics
- Comfort working across compliance, legal, design, and partner teams in a regulated environment
- Daily use of AI tools across product work
- Strong written and verbal communication

About This Role
- We're hiring a Product Manager focused on ERP integrations, who owns a product end to end from discovery and roadmap through delivery and metrics.
