Product Manager (Models)

Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. We are hiring a Model Product Manager to own charters for Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and model evaluation pipelines. You will work closely with research and engineering teams to define roadmaps, run training and evaluation cycles, and ship models that directly improve product experience and reliability.

• Define and drive roadmaps for ASR, TTS, and evaluation systems.

• Partner with engineering and research teams on data collection, training cycles, and model release planning.

• Set up and own evaluation frameworks and quality metrics covering accuracy, latency, MOS, and robustness.

• Run structured experiments — offline tests, A/Bs, and human evaluations — to quantify model improvements.

• Ensure scalable deployment and monitoring of models in collaboration with infra and data teams.
