About the role
The role builds understanding of how the product is actually being used by connecting users, data, and the development team.
The work focuses on extracting signal from feedback, usage data, and error logs and turning it into actionable product input.
This is an operations and analysis role in a small, fast-moving team.
What you will do
- Monitor analytics dashboards and funnels to track feature usage, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns.
- Review Sentry logs and correlate error signals with user-reported issues.
- Collect feedback from WhatsApp, email, support forms, and Slack into a maintained tracker.
- Triage feedback into bugs, feature requests, UX confusion, duplicates, or noise.
- Write developer-ready bug reports with reproduction steps, severity, frequency, and supporting evidence.
- Identify recurring patterns and summarize them weekly for founders and the development team.
