Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven product management or product ownership experience in a B2B, industrial, or life science environment
Experience managing a product line across the full lifecycle
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing and margin drivers
Ability to translate end-user workflow needs into clear product requirements and commercially sound roadmap decisions
Demonstrated end-user, applications, or workflow experience in liquid handling, including how scientists, automation engineers, and laboratory teams use products in real workflows
Experience leading cross-functional new product introduction (NPI)
Strong knowledge of liquid handling workflows, applications, and technologies, including precision pumps, valves, fluidic components, automated liquid handling systems, or related laboratory instrumentation
Strong market analysis and business case development skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong curiosity about unmet needs, pain points, and application challenges
Ability to operate as part of a collaborative Growth Hub team while maintaining clear day-to-day ownership of assigned portfolio segments
