Role Summary

Payroll Administration

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing across assigned UAE and bureau entities, including input collection, validation, reconciliation, approval routing, and cycle closure.
• Prepare final settlement calculations and obtain required approvals in line with policy and UAE Labour Law.
• Administer employee benefits and manage annual health insurance renewal data, provider coordination, membership changes, evaluation, and documentation.
• Fulfil audit requirements by preparing requested documents and closing corrective actions.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

• Ensure complete and accurate onboarding documentation for new joiners in systems and employee files.
• Process employee status changes, including transfers, title changes, contractual amendments, and compensation revisions.
• Manage offboarding, including clearance, final settlement approvals, system deactivation, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain employee records and workflows with accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

HR Analytics and Reporting

• Deliver group analysis across entities, including HR data and attendance analysis requested by management.
• Produce group HR reports and customized reports that support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and issue the monthly HR dashboard for management.
• Support annual bonus analysis and provide data and insights for cross-functional projects.

Data Excellence and HR Systems

• Use Power BI and/or Visio to transform HR data into meaningful insights and support workforce planning.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and maintain the centralized HR data model as a single source of truth.
• Maintain HRIS platforms and workflows, conduct data audits, resolve discrepancies, and apply validation protocols.
• Apply HR data privacy policies and access controls and support HR system and process improvements.

Employee Services

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries about HR processes and policies, providing professional and timely guidance.
• Support HR communications and guide administrators and users on system usage, data entry practices, and reporting functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, data analytics, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of payroll, final settlements, employee benefits, UAE Labour Law, HRIS platforms, HR analytics, and data privacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, time management, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and data presentation skills.
