By providing highly relevant, easy-to-use templates for every occasion, we are building a sticky daily habit that drives immense engagement, viral growth, and social sharing across the Lokal ecosystem. What You'll Own
• ● End-to-End Product Ownership: Full ownership of the Posters product area, measured by core business outcomes (Daily Active Users, shares per user, template conversion rates, retention, and monetization strategies), rather than just feature output.
• ● Growth & Virality Funnels: Tight collaboration with content and marketing teams. The funnel starts with surfacing highly relevant regional templates and ends with a user proudly sharing them on their WhatsApp status. You connect content creation to seamless social delivery.
• ● Deep Data Analytics: Read user sharing behavior from data, run 2nd and 3rd level digging to find the real drivers of virality, and know when to stop over-analyzing and just ship a new creator tool or feed update.
• ● Personalization & Discovery: Ship MVPs fast (category-specific templates, localized festival feeds), and build the business case for ML-driven personalization to surface the perfect poster for every user, every day. What You'll Bring
• ● Scale: Experience on high-MAU, consumer-facing products at scale (ideally in content, social, or creative tools).
• ● User Empathy: You can define sharp personas, deeply understand jobs-to-be-done (e.g., "I want to look knowledgeable and updated on my WhatsApp status"), and have the toolkit to build that understanding quickly in a new language market.
• ● Agility & Rigor: Comfort balancing rigor and speed. You practice A/B discipline without falling into analysis paralysis.
• ● Domain Expertise: A proven method for acquiring domain understanding fast through user interviews, funnel teardowns, churn research, and competitive analysis of content-sharing platforms. Nice to Have
• ● Vernacular or India-specific consumer product experience.
• ● Experience with social sharing loops, viral growth, or content-creation and template-driven products.
