Role overview
The Product Manager will own delivery and roadmap for enterprise client applications serving JPMorganChase's global employee population.

The role includes delivery of AI capabilities and automation for detecting and managing risks related to data leaving the firm.
Job responsibilities
- Own the product backlog and vision, prioritizing roadmap work that delivers measurable value.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle across planning, execution, and future development.
- Deliver AI features and application-specific AI use cases that improve productivity and manage data-related risks.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across employees and design employee-centric workflow automation.
- Partner with engineering teams to balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operational work.
- Define outcomes, measure product performance, and track progress against success metrics.
- Represent customer needs by understanding employee workflows and priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders and coordinate execution across globally distributed teams.
