Overview

Job Duties & Responsibility

• Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product requirements, scope and success metrics.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product success and inform future product decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continually improve product offerings.
• Lead and inspire a team of product owners and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
