- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback
- Develop and execute go to market strategies for product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Monitor product performance through key metrics and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Address and resolve product related challenges and ensure alignment with overall project timelines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, roadmaps, and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the software or technology industry
- Proven experience in defining and launching successful software products
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Aha!, or similar
- Basic knowledge of software technologies and APIs is a plus
