Job Overview
The Product Manager will drive the development, pricing, execution, and lifecycle management of structured products supporting client investment needs and bank growth objectives.
The role includes identifying product opportunities, generating investment ideas, securing Legal, Compliance, and Risk approvals, and partnering with platform teams on process and capability improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify structured product needs across customer segments and eliminate gaps in the product and service offering.
- Generate ideas aligned with house views, client needs, global markets, and relevant events.
- Analyze and optimize payoffs and underlyings, establish consensus, launch products, support trading, and answer client queries.
- Monitor products for yellow or red flags and recommend replacements at maturity.
- Improve processes, automate desk activities, and reduce turnaround times.
