Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the promotion and expansion of our Vibration Isolators portfolio across GCC and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Vibration Isolators to consultants, contractors, and developers across GCC and other regions.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors or agents in untapped markets.
  • Develop market entry strategies for emerging regions and build long term channel partnerships.
  • Work with Sales managers and regional heads to specify and ensure Vibration isolators are in projects.
  • Visit project sites to provide technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure Hira products are specified and approved in major HVAC, MEP, and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
  • Support product marketing, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide inputs for new product development or enhancement based on feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions and seminars for distributors and internal sales teams.
  • Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve product performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or building materials industry.
  • Proven experience in vibration isolation systems or related mechanical products preferred.
  • Strong network of consultants, MEP contractors, and distributors across the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across GCC, Middle East, and other international markets.
