Overview

  • This is a critical role within our Stores Backoffice Services Product Management team.
  • As a Product Manager, you will leverage your blend of product leadership and software development expertise to shape tools that empower store colleagues.
  • You will translate complex operational needs into a compelling product vision, strategy, and executable roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Lead development and execution of the Stores Backoffice Services product roadmap.
  • Deep Dive Discovery: Conduct user research and translate needs into product requirements and user stories.
  • End to End Delivery: Oversee product delivery lifecycle with engineering, design, and operations teams.
  • Performance & Optimization: Own and drive key backoffice KPIs and metrics.
  • Innovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Data Driven Decisions: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships and ensure transparent communication.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance and security are incorporated into product designs.

What You'll Bring

  • Combined Expertise: Proven Product Management experience with hands on software development experience.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with retail store operations and backoffice processes.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to think long term and drive execution.
  • Data Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets and defining metrics.
  • Cross functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence across diverse teams.
  • Prioritization & Problem Solving: Exceptional skills in breaking down complex problems.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Agile Proficiency: Deep comfort with agile methodologies.
  • Application Deployment Management: Support application rollouts and deployments.

Hiring Range

  • $80,000.00 $110,000.00 per year
