- Lead the development and execution of the Stores Backoffice Services product roadmap
- Conduct in depth user research and translate operational needs into product requirements and user stories
- Oversee end to end product delivery lifecycle with engineering, design, and operations teams
- Own and drive key backoffice KPIs and metrics, iterating based on data driven insights
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication
- Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory considerations are incorporated into product designs
Requirements
- Proven Product Management experience combined with demonstrated hands on software development experience
- Strong familiarity with retail store operations and backoffice processes
- Ability to think long term and define strategy while driving execution
- Data driven mindset with experience working with large datasets and defining metrics
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Exceptional prioritization and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep comfort with agile methodologies including backlog grooming and user story writing
- Support application rollouts and deployments

Overview
- This is a critical role within our Stores Backoffice Services Product Management team.
- As a Product Manager, you will leverage your blend of product leadership and software development expertise to shape tools that empower store colleagues.
- You will translate complex operational needs into a compelling product vision, strategy, and executable roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Lead development and execution of the Stores Backoffice Services product roadmap.
- Deep Dive Discovery: Conduct user research and translate needs into product requirements and user stories.
- End to End Delivery: Oversee product delivery lifecycle with engineering, design, and operations teams.
- Performance & Optimization: Own and drive key backoffice KPIs and metrics.
- Innovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Data Driven Decisions: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships and ensure transparent communication.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance and security are incorporated into product designs.
