- This is a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead position and will be one of the first product hires, working closely with the founders.
- You will be responsible for defining and building issuer-grade financial products, with a strong focus on card issuing infrastructure, transaction flows, and platform capabilities.
- The role requires a balance of deep payments knowledge, technical understanding, and product leadership.
- Discover the Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and road map for issuer-side financial products.
- Build and scale card issuing platforms, including card lifecycle management and program capabilities.
- Define and optimise transaction flows (authorization, clearing, settlement).
- Work closely with engineering to develop API-first financial infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, risk, and commercial teams.
