Product Manager

5+ years of experience in Product Management, with Digital experience essential.

Knowledge and experience in the airline industry or with booking systems is preferred.

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology, Marketing or relevant qualifications / experience.

Product Management experience and skills – including strategic thinking and analytical thinking, a customer centric mindset, familiarity with Human Centred Design, research and insights, business requirements and prioritisation, comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and Business Model Canvas framework.

Effective team leadership experience – you are someone who enjoys contributing to strong team dynamics and culture.

Experience leading an Agile software development squad, working closely with a cross-functional team of business analysts, software engineers and designers.

The ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Effective collaboration, communication and presentation skills to provide advice to various stakeholders.

Demonstrated organisational expertise, with the ability to work within a complex organisation and group policy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
