Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, B2B SaaS preferred
- Experience in FinTech, accounting software, or financial operations tools
- Familiarity with email and communication workflows (Outlook integrations, approval flows)
- Understanding of vendor management — invoice processing, credits, and reconciliation
- Experience with financial close processes — bank reconciliation, fixed assets, journal entries, chart of accounts, and period closing
- Comfortable with third party integrations — OAuth, data sync, deduplication, and multi source conflict resolution
- Experience working on AI powered products — ideally involving document extraction, intelligent automation, or LLM driven workflows
- Ability to define and evaluate AI feature quality, including prompt design, model outputs, and edge case handling
- Strong written communication — engineers and stakeholders should both understand your docs
- Ability to translate complex accounting workflows into clear, buildable specs

About Us
- We’re building a next generation operational platform for accounting firms — bringing together email management, vendor invoice processing, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, journal entries, and period closing into one unified system.
- We’re growing fast and integrating with leading accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online and Zoho.
The Role
- You’ll own product across a broad, interconnected AI powered platform.
- This isn’t a single feature PM role — you’ll be working across modules, balancing user needs with technical complexity, and helping us ship a product that accounting teams actually rely on every day.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in product management, B2B SaaS preferred
- Experience in FinTech, accounting software, or financial operations tools
- Familiarity with email and communication workflows (Outlook integrations, approval flows)
