- Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for Reverse Logistics or Mobile Activation
- Lead an agile, cross functional delivery team to build scalable and reliable platforms
- Serve as the functional domain expert, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to engage, influence, and build strong working relationships
- Contribute to the broader modernization journey, unlocking value from new platforms and capabilities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex operational domains (retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post purchase experiences) for Reverse Logistics role
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex, customer facing ecosystems (telecom, retail, or transactional platforms) for Mobile Activation role
- Hands on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return to vendor, write offs/disposition, shipping) for Reverse Logistics role
- Experience with telecom activation workflows, including plan selection, provisioning, and real time transaction processing for Mobile Activation role
- Experience leading cross functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through well shaped roadmaps, backlogs, and clear outcome measures
- Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams, translate needs into product requirements, and make effective trade offs
