Product Manager (2 Openings: Reverse Logistics OR Mobile Activation)
- Best Buy Canada has two roles open, one focused on Reverse Logistics and the other in mobile activation.
- In the reverse logistics role, you will lead cross functional product teams to support transformation of reverse logistics.
- In mobile activation role, you will work with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve mobile phone activation experience.
Role A: Reverse Logistics what you'll do
- Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for Reverse Logistics.
- Lead an agile, cross functional delivery team to build scalable and reliable platforms.
- Serve as the functional domain expert in reverse logistics.

- Contribute to the broader reverse logistics modernization journey.
What we're looking for (Reverse Logistics)
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex operational domains.
- Hands on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts.
- Experience leading cross functional agile teams.
- Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams.
Role B: Mobile Activation what you'll do
- Deliver on the product roadmap for the Mobile Phone Activations product.
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams in an agile environment.
- Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand pain points.
- Serve as the functional domain expert in Mobile Phone Activations.
- Contribute to the end to end mobile activation evolution.
What we're looking for (Mobile Activation)
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in complex, customer facing ecosystems.
- Experience with telecom activation workflows.
- Hands on experience designing customer and front line associate experiences.
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive customer data.
- Strong operational mindset.
