Opportunity
Own the direction, delivery, adoption, and measurable business value of AI-enabled mortgage workflows.
Partner with the Residential Underwriting Business SME and AI Engineering Lead in a three-in-a-box product model.
Focus on AI-assisted underwriting experiences and operational change from discovery through production adoption.
How you will contribute
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, release planning, and success measures.
- Translate business, policy, process, and user needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate delivery across design, engineering, data, quality, security, risk, UAT, release, training, communications, and operations.
- Lead validation, pilots, parallel runs, rollout, and change adoption.
- Track product outcomes and use telemetry, evaluations, feedback, incidents, and operational data to improve workflows.
Experience needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, design, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of progressive product management, digital product delivery, business transformation, or related experience.
- Experience owning complex workflow products from discovery through production adoption.
