Role Overview
The Operations Analyst II supports the Risk Management and Internal Audit department through project deliverables, analysis, reporting, and internal application support.
The role reports to the Operations Manager, Risk Management and Internal Audit, and supports QA, fraud, risk management, and internal audit teams.
Schedule
- The stated full-time hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the QA Tool system and maintain the residential underwriting employee directory with management and HR coordination.
- Create, assign, and distribute risk management audit data samples according to audit criteria and sampling methodology.
- Review segregation of duties to identify potential internal fraud risks.
- Publish quarterly QA audit data extractions and participate in weekly departmental reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and help design solutions based on technology, infrastructure, and timelines.
- Develop Microsoft-based solutions with emphasis on Visual Basic and SQL Server.
- Support new processes and technologies for QA, fraud, risk management, and internal audit teams.
