Product Management Intern

Program Structure

• The role is a structured three-month unpaid internship and learning opportunity.
• A possible one-year full-time trainee program and later software engineer or product role may follow, but conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed.

Role Overview

Location and Duration

• The role is remote, with Bangalore preferred.
• The internship duration is three months.

Product Responsibilities

• Research customer problems, personas, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendations, and automation.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Map use cases to Vector's Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective, and Adaptive modes.
• Create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys, and workflows.
• Work with engineering teams and maintain product documentation.
• Contribute to Microsoft Teams and web portal experiences.
• Define insights, recommendations, visualizations, notifications, and Ask Vector experiences.
• Identify product metrics, analyze adoption and usage, and evaluate recommendations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required or must be in progress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Interest in AI, technology, and product development is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be able to understand technical concepts and be willing to learn.
• Prior product experience is not required.

Learning Areas

• The program provides exposure to enterprise SaaS, AI-native product development, Agentic AI, customer discovery, product requirements, UX, cloud and CSP/MSP business models, and Agile development.
• Interns will work with engineering and architecture teams.
