Position Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and define high-visibility initiatives that solve customer problems and address business needs.
- Support product discovery, portfolio expansion, user research, requirements writing, and product release activities.
- Communicate product concepts to engineering, executive, UX/UI, client, and customer service teams.
You Will
- Learn to deconstruct user problems using design thinking techniques while shadowing Senior Product Managers.
- Work toward Edenred UAE's strategic vision through continuous product discovery and rapid innovation.
- Support expansion and diversification of the product portfolio.
- Participate in user interviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and insights.
- Work with customer service teams to analyze user problems and ideate solutions.
