- Analyze performance data to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Craft and launch targeted turnaround programs to elevate customer acquisition, pricing, retention, and market segmentation
- Partner with marketing leadership to transition the function into a data empowered powerhouse
- Establish deep insights into the end to end customer journey, identifying friction points and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong financial literacy around cost structures, unit economics, and profit margin management
- Engage diverse stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on commercial goals
- Implement scalable processes such as real time dashboard reporting, A/B testing protocols, and standardized campaign workflows
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and a culture of experimentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or closely related discipline
- MBA or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related discipline highly preferred
- Extensive experience of at least 12 years in senior roles in product management, growth strategy, commercial operations, or related domains within e commerce, logistics, or digital platform industries
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex business turnarounds
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization

Purpose of the Job
- The Product Director – Parcel Forwarding is a strategic leadership role at Access USA Shipping LLC, charged with spearheading the revitalization and sustainable growth of the Shop & Ship and MyUS product lines.
- This position centers on harnessing deep commercial insights, advanced product management techniques, and comprehensive data analytics to overcome current challenges and seize new market opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data rigorously to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Craft and launch targeted turnaround programs aimed at elevating customer acquisition rates, optimizing pricing structures, improving retention, and refining market segmentation approaches over a medium term horizon (6–9 months).
- Partner closely with marketing leadership to transition the function into a data empowered powerhouse.
- Establish deep insights into the end to end customer journey, identifying friction points and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong financial literacy around cost structures, unit economics, and profit margin management.
- Engage diverse stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on commercial goals while fostering transparency, accountability, and high performance.
- Implement scalable processes such as real time dashboard reporting, robust A/B testing protocols, and standardized campaign workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and a culture of experimentation to heighten marketing effectiveness and operational scalability.
Job Requirements Experience and Education
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is essential.
- MBA or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or product management are highly valued.
- Extensive experience of at least 12 years in senior roles specializing in product management, growth strategy, commercial operations, or related domains within e commerce, logistics, or digital platform industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing complex business turnarounds in dynamic, fast paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, particularly focused on customer acquisition online, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing marketing ROI.
