Role overview
The Product Development Execution Lead - Soft Homes (ISC) manages product development execution across factory-facing teams and vendors.
The role focuses on timeline ownership, cross-functional coordination, samples, testing, approvals, and launch readiness.
Timeline and workflow
- Own product development timelines across new products, extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes.
- Drive progress toward the 16-week cycle target by tracking milestones and escalating risks.
- Coordinate Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors.
Documentation and samples
- Ensure technical specifications, build documentation, testing requirements, fit inputs, and supporting materials are complete before vendor handoff.
- Coordinate sample requests, shipments, inbound reviews, fit requests, and revisions.
