The Role
Support product research, development activities, testing, documentation, launch preparation, and cross-functional coordination.
Work in a fully remote, international environment focused on product development, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Work Arrangement
- The position is full-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support and assist with product development from concept through launch.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research and organize product requirements, specifications, and technical information.
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, trackers, tasks, deadlines, approvals, communication, and action items across teams.
- Assist with prototypes, samples, testing, evaluation, feedback, documentation, packaging, labeling, and launch materials.
- Maintain product databases, development records, lifecycle information, change records, and accurate documentation.
- Support supplier communication, sourcing, cost and budget tracking, risk escalation, product reviews, and post-launch analysis.
- Contribute ideas to improve product development processes and maintain confidentiality of product, technical, commercial, and customer information.
