Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, servicing, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor the condition and performance of facilities, equipment, and operational assets.
- Manage relationships with maintenance contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Review maintenance requests, work orders, quotations, and service reports.
- Prioritize urgent maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset registers, service histories, and documentation.
- Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, spare parts, and service-related expenses.
- Coordinate procurement of maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
- Ensure maintenance activities follow established safety and operational procedures.
- Support workplace health and safety requirements related to maintenance activities.
